Use these nifty camshaft holding tools so they can't rotate...yeah right...had to use tie straps to keep them in place!
Hemo the primary timing chain and guides then secondary chains....yeah of course only because one of the primary chain guides sits OVER the water pump but BEHIND the secondary chain sprocket!
Of course it has a plastic impeller....but that's so when the bearing goes bad, the impeller gives way against the aluminum block, saving the block! I guess Ford has some good ideas....lol
Clean the timing cover and block mating surface good! Don't want any leaks! Then a nice steady bead of "The Right Stuff"!
