Regardless of how you feel about the "bailout" it seems that some of the inevitable pork includes funding for a national database for everyone's medical records. Besides the obvious privacy issues, one of the stated goals is to help direct and guide medical care.
On top of those concerns, it would also allow the government access to your medical records for conditions that could be used to deny you your gun rights.
